The afternoon will include:
~ Restorative yoga - for slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching.
~ Guided breathwork and pranayama - for relaxing and calming the mind.
~ Yoga nidra - deep relaxation and meditation lying down with soothing sounds - a nurturing space to let go.
