First move, stretch, and turn your focus inwards with a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga and meditation practice overlooking the vineyard. Then sit back, unwind and enjoy a healthy lunch, wine tasting and glass of delicious Saint Aidan's wine.

During the morning you will experience: Gentle Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama (breathing practices), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) with healing sounds, and Meditation. Make new friendships and connections with likeminded yogis during mini retreat together.

Indulge all of your senses with a total body 'wine-down’. This is your chance to re-balance, reconnect and reset.

About Gyani ::
Teaching yoga is one of the greatest joys of Gyani’s life. She has dedicated many years living and training in yoga ashrams/retreats around the world. Her journey led her to India where she spent a life changing 3 years living in an ashram experiencing a yogic lifestyle and the more esoteric practices of yoga. Along with over 2000hrs of yoga training, she has recently completed 750hr training to become a Yoga Therapist.

Gyani has been teaching yoga for 15 years - she focuses mainly on teaching Hatha, Yin/Restorative, and meditation practices including Yoga Nidra. Gyani has a taste for ‘the subtle’ and her intention when teaching yoga is to share the deeper aspects of yoga - integrating meditation and pranayama (breathwork) into her classes. She hopes to make the benefits of yoga accessible to all and always offers her classes with joy, passion and a smile.
